Matt96banshee Posted April 5, 2004 Report Posted April 5, 2004 I just finished a rebuild on the banshee and i cannot seem to get the thing to run right. It will not even run without the choke and idles extremely high. Any advice is helpful thanks Quote
nater006 Posted April 5, 2004 Report Posted April 5, 2004 Are the slides in the carburators correctly? I doubt its anything to do with the TORS but you may want to unplug it to assist with troubleshooting it... Quote
banshee04le Posted April 5, 2004 Report Posted April 5, 2004 Sounds like you might have a air leak somewhere. With the engine running, before it has a chance to get too hot, run water out of a garden hose around all mating surfaces. You can sometimes pinpoint air leaks like this by listening for a change in rpms. Make sure your throttle caps are good and tight also. Quote

nater006 Posted April 6, 2004 Report Posted April 6, 2004 A lil soapy water will make it easy to see, too. Quote
