But what ive heard from alot of people (if your on a low budget) you can just pick up a can of spray paint.. That works fine, worked on m ine, and ive heard from many that they have had their spray painted hubs last for 4+ years... I just did m ine and am very pleased. Make sure you have them cleaned up really nice though, i put a layer on and it came right off because of oil on them..
