Anyone played the new atv fury 2 for playstation

I saw it last night at electronics boutique lokks kick ass . I bought hte network adaptor for the PS@ last night and it shows a demo version of atv 2 on the setup disk it looks awsome . Has anyone got to play it yet how does it compare to the first one what changes were made

yea i really want to see what the new one will be like, i herd it was supposed to be out like 2 weeks ago but i havent seen it anywhere yet. I'll have my friends buy it since they have a system.

I plan on getting it. Going to have a friend who works at the movie place hook me up w/a free rental first. I'll post after I try it & let you all know what I think....it looks badass,...I have the the original ATV Fury & play the shit out of it...

Do an internet search for playstation 2 mod chip. They are under $100. Worth it if you have cd burner on your comp. Burn all the games you ever wanted.

I wouldn't trust a mod chip with the network adapter though... sounds too risky. I imagine Sony would be able to keep tabs on your system with the adapter if they wanted too.

I purchased the game and the network adapter last night. The game rocks. I am only a couple of hundred points away from unlocking the Trinity Banshee.

with the mod chip you can rent a game and burn a copy . Now you have the game for the cost of a blank cd and the rental . They have mod chips that are external and mod chips that are just a cd that you need to put in first all it does it make the cd u burned bootable for the playstation . cmon nobody here did that to the playstation 1 ahahah I have 40 burned games for that one . With dvd games comming out soon I will have to get dvd burner and there prices have dropped like crazy u can pick up a dvd burner for 300 bucks now . The mod chis depending on what kind u get they have internal that you need to solder in and the external one range from 20-70 dollars . You all now that you could have played online 4 months ago with just a usb network adaptor just a little tricky finding the one that is compatable . But by no means do that now if you can get the sony network card get it it is set up for the future expansion of a hard drive and you get a free copy of twisted metal online

I just picked it up tonight and it rocks!!! I let my son (age 6) play me and he was kicking my butt. Too bad he isn't that good at riding yet. I seen him pull a couple of wheelies last weekend when he thought that I wasn't watching. If is mother only saw it, he wouldn't be riding until he was out of the house.

 

Just my 2cents. Get it, it is worth every penny of it. I bought it at Wal-mart for $39.95. Not to bad of a price for it.
