screamingtwin Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 I just ordered a durablue 2+2 eliminator axle. Is this a good axle??? Quote
MotulMonsta Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 Yeah, it's a good axle, Make shure it's warrented. If you break it, they will replace it...Durablues do break..they'll break before they bend...Lonestars will bend before they break. Quote
sredish Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 I haven't had mine too long, but so far so good. The difference in handling with the wider axle is unbelievable, makes me wonder why I waited so long. Hell, should've done it before pipes. Motul, when are you going to get an avatar? Just checkin. Banchetta Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 Bought one about 3 years ago and bent it the first week, they sent me a new one, haven't had a problem since....I like it, just make sure the bolts for the hubs are super tight, I grinded down the hubs a little to get a socket on the nut. I couldn't get it tight enough otherwise.....Rear wheel would wobble...now it works great.. Quote
FoxBansheeRacing Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 I just bought my banshee a few months ago but I know the axle has been on there longer, and it is still perfect. You will love the difference in handling. Quote
boonman Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 I hate Durabends. I bought a Lonestar, and haven't had a problem since..... Quote
DUNEDEMON Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 I 've got the Durablue X33 - no problems yet! Quote
