I have raced my shee in several XC races, I even got a 4th out of 73 riders at the Ironman in Indiana a few years ago, and that was with TOOMEYS! It does work the hands a little though (lots of clutching) but I love my shee! 4 strokes are much easier to race XC, but that takes some of the fun out of it! Quote
NAXbansheeman11 Posted April 13, 2004 Author Report Posted April 13, 2004 yea thats what i was thinking and i talked to some people that run the 2strke class i will be running and he said there is like 26 people half beenin banshees and 250rs and some gas gas so i'm not worried he said the set up i have will be awsome with the 2into1 pipe and 2into1 carb Quote
SHEE00MAN Posted May 13, 2004 Report Posted May 13, 2004 If you can't try the race you oughta part it out. You'd be surprised by the money you could actually make. A friend of mine parted his out and ended up making more then he spent. I suggest E bay, that's what he did. As far as four strokes go, if you're gonna race XC and wanna buy a new quad you gotta get the YFZ450. That's what a lot of riders are using. They're also easy to add on HP. GOOD LUCK Quote
