gbf4ever Posted March 8, 2004 Author Report Posted March 8, 2004 http://www.pivotworks.com/display.asp?Part=PWLK-Y03-000 its the very bottom of the page......the bearings labeled number 2 at the bottom are the ones im referring too. Quote
dnhyoung Posted March 8, 2004 Report Posted March 8, 2004 I used a socket that was close to the size of the bushing and just beat it out against my vice. It was a pain in the a$$....As for the little circlips, they are a pain in the ass. I had a set of dental tools that I picked up at the swap meet and they worked pretty good for getting under the end of it and prying it out... Quote
Oilsmoke Posted March 8, 2004 Report Posted March 8, 2004 I bent the Shit out of my dental pick. there still in there with fresh grease. I live with it untill I feel like trying agian. Quote
geaux 4 it Posted March 8, 2004 Report Posted March 8, 2004 You can heat it up a little with a torch.Sometimes that will help to free it up. Quote
Oilsmoke Posted March 8, 2004 Report Posted March 8, 2004 The cirleclip spin freely inside the shock end, that is little reason of this problem. I NEED a better stronger small pointed tool. But no matter like i siad i clean them out and replaced the grease with new and installed them on the shee. Quote
