MotulMonsta
Time to check your wiring. Pay close attention to each connection. Make shure your key is on(If you have one) and tether switch plugged in(If you have one). Sometimes it's simply somthing overlooked.

TREELIZARD
i'm not exactly sure how to check the stator to see if its bad or not, but i do know that if you have new plugs and your wiring is all good with everything connected then it is possible that your stator can be bad. maybe if you contact your local yamaha they can tell you how to check it or start a topic under general discussion about how to test to see if your stator is bad. sorry that i couldnt have been of more help. ledofthezep
how would i go about checkin the stator? 1st, get yourself a Clymer's manual. 2nd, you'll need an OHM meter.
