Blue Duece Posted March 2, 2004 Report Posted March 2, 2004 matts your man......heres the one he whacked for me, i paid him extra to bondo the welds but he really knows where the stress points are and how to reinforce them......ive pounded this arm and not one crack.... Quote
"thenewguy" Posted March 2, 2004 Report Posted March 2, 2004 shouldnt have to bondo a weld but, im sure matt knows what hes doin. hey matt how much do you charge for doin that? when ya get a chance id be interested. peace Quote
Blue Duece Posted March 2, 2004 Report Posted March 2, 2004 shouldnt have to bondo a weld but, im sure matt knows what hes doin. i wanted him to bondo the welds, and paid him extra for it, compare that arm to the looks of one where you can see the bead of the weld, the bondo makes the arm look like one peice, matts a great welder, but nobody can weld and make it look like they didnt, it just makes it look seamless..he charges 100 bucks to shorten your stock arm, the finish is up to you Quote
