I'm not sure if anyone can answer this cause it seems after calling around everywhere no one knows how to get a banshee carb boot to fit my 28 PWK's. They all admit they won't fit but don't have a clue what to do. O.K. enough Dennis Miller.

Now I notice on my new carb there looks to be a power jet intake?

What is that brass nipple? Its an air leak for what I can see, I don't have a power jet nor had i planned or plan to run one. Anyone have a clue what it is?

Can anyone see the pic? It was there one minute now its gone. I even tried it over in the images forum thinking it could be a problem with this specific forum. why do some of my pics work and others don't? I think its the HQ cause i don't have any problem w/ imagestation.

Holyman posted one time about that when I was having some trouble. He suggested boiling them and then sticking them directly on the carb. Perfect fit, kind of like a mouth piece for footbal. I think he told me he hasn't tried it, just heard about it.

Are you sure the carbs aren't set up for alcohol?

Oh, and I don't see the pic.

I'm not sure about them being set up for alcohol. I just ordered 28 PWK's from Pro flow figuring they're all the same. I'll give them a call.

The boiling sounds like a good idea but that just aggrivates me cause I was hoping to set up for trails and MX. I wanted to be able to quickly pull the airbox (even got an aftermarket one), put on clamp ons, rejet, throw on my MX tires and thats it. Now its gonna be a project to put the airbox back on everytime.

BTW, what is the deal with pics? Is it imagestation? Are there any other free image hosting sites. I know my pics are there and i know I did it correctly here.

I have a set of 28's on my ladies banshee. I ran some clear hose from one brass fitting to the other. I tried blocking them off at first, but seen a picture of another banshee with them connected. They run fine, no problems.

The stock intakes will fit, they just have to stretch a bit. I have been using the stock intakes with my 34MM PJ's since 1989.

I have the same carbs, except mine are bored out to 30mm.The plugs on mine are covered on both carbs.I used the stock boots for mine and they went on easy because they are broken in.But i tried to put on new UPP boots and i could get them on,but they wanted to pop off,so i just stuck with stock boots.
