phonebem Posted May 13, 2004 Report Share Posted May 13, 2004 You could also fab some brackets to re-atach your front fenders to the quad. It works best if you cut them at the body line where the fender curves up and away from the tank. Bend some flat stock steel or aluminum to match the angle and drill holes to match the bolts for the front bodywork and through the fenders to attach the brackets too. When you do it right all you have todo to re-attach your fenders is to back out the bolts that hold the fender at either side of the tank, slide the bracket back in, screw the bolts back in, re-attach the fender supports to the frame (they can be left attached to the fenders).
