The real best way to ride happily is to pack plenty of biscuits and cookies so your stomach does not get empty and you dont get the willies. For example you want to stop and eat every 15 minutes of riding time.

What kind of biscuits? Home made soda biscuits like my mom makes, or hockey puck gonna build a house of bricks biscuits my mother in law makes. Er...wait...thats wrong...their more like black and tan play doh when they come out of the oven.

I would suggest stopping to make stomach happily every 10 minutes or 4 km. Which ever comes first. Also make sure wife is asleep at home. This makes for happily riding stomach time.

Mabe instead of eating biscuits, listen to a little Limp Bisket while riding, not the "break stuff" song though!

why ride at all. I like to just sit in the parking lot lounged out on my Shee with one chick with massive cleavage holding my brew and another with a nice round bottom feeding me grapes. Now later on I'll ride happy
