I NEED A FLY WHEEL ,SENT MINE TO BOON TO HAVE HIM LIGHTEN IT AND IT IS WOOBLY NEED A STRAIGHT ONE .IF ANY ONE HAS ONE  JUST LET ME KNOW .THANKS

Just to clear a thing or two up here because I have received numerous PM's about this issue. It was NOT because of anything that I did to the flywheel that made this problem. A 3-jaw puller was used on the flywheel, and in turn bent it. So, the flywheel is junk, and needs to be replaced. I informed Scott of this and that I could not guarantee my work. While the flywheel would work, vibration would be a problem, as would premature crank failure. Once again, it was due to no fault of my own. When you pull your flywheel off, it is necessary that you use the proper tool to do it. there is a reason for it. And this is precisely why. :)

I would like to thanke Boon for telling me about the flubup I did instead of going ahead with the work. This tells me that he is very honest and conserned for his customers. He did not pull the fly wheel I did and I did not think that the puller I used would hurt it but did so my mistake not his.He is very good at what he does and that is why I went to him and that is why I need a fly wheel that want trash my motor . I would rather be hunting a fly wheel than another crank or motor later,Thanks Boon.I would also like to say thanks to the others that has helped.BDbanshee done my timing plte for +3 and done a great job on it Thanks.I also went with Jim at Passion for porting and such he is all that Duce said he was very eiger to talk on the phone to find out what you wanted or needed and will re turn pms very timely. Also I would like to thank Tats for the help you have given to me doing this THANKS.SO IF ANY ONE ON HERE NEEDS ONE OF THE SERVICES THAT ONE OF THESE OFFER YOU CAN REST ASURED THAT THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO GIVE YOU WHAT THEY CAN TO MAKE IT THE BEST THEY CAN .

instead of going ahead with the work

Lol!! I did do the work. The way I was lightening them, it didn't matter if the center hub was out. I was chucking them up on the outside. I noticed it on the last cut, and further looked into things and saw the marks. :o So I finally made the shaft that I had been putting off doing so I could check the runout. After dialing in the taper, I mounted up the flywheel. Needless to say, it is off about .150" axially. This thing is like a hand grenade. And Scott is spot on, I'm not on here to screw anyone, and I HOPE that noone else is either. I have heard of a few instances, and it pisses me off!!! but as soon as you get this baby going, I KNOW that you will be happy. Combined with Jim's porting, your bike will flat out rip!!!!!!!:D
