THX-1138 Posted February 12, 2004 Report Posted February 12, 2004 after holding out as long as I can, I am faced with needing money real bad. and I am going to sell my Banshee and my XR250r. the xr I figure I can get maybe 1400 and hopefully 3500 for the banshee. I know there are a bunch of BHQ members that sell Ebay parts. so I am needing some knowledge on what I could get if I parted the Banshee out on Ebay ? thanks everyone Quote

I know there are a bunch of BHQ members that sell Ebay parts. so I am needing some knowledge on what I could get if I parted the Banshee out on Ebay ? thanks everyone it just depends, if you could break down the shee and put a price on every little part your selling, try to figure out how much its going to be, also figure in the time to strip it, box it up and run back and forth to the shipping place, getting shipping price quotes and all that jazz, then you might be able to make a little more on it, but it is a p.i.t.a. sometimes its just easier to sell the whole damn thing. post some pics up, mabey someone here will buy it. Minkia38 Posted February 12, 2004 Report Posted February 12, 2004 parting you will make more $$, but it is a pain - trust me, having 50 different buyers, instead of just one - is it worth it? i sell parts on ebay that i have extras, or that i take off of banshees before i sell them - and thats a headache enough - but hey - its extra cash! If your into taking the bike apart, dealing with may buyers, and taking a risk at a decent price from bidding on your parts then bo it. LOL i wouldn't not for what it's worth. Sell it whole first it's quick, easy, and if you can't get any buyers that meet your price then resort to parting out. Quote
