gbf4ever Posted February 7, 2004 Report Posted February 7, 2004 I ordered a flywheel puller from alba on Friday. I order it second day air because i needed it quickly. Well on Tuesday i didint have it and i called them and they said it wasnt sent. So they said theyd send it out that day. Well Yesterday i still diditn have it and i called and they said it shoudl be in Friday. So now i didint get it today so i called them again. They said they didint send it till Thursday and they sent it ground, but charged me for second day air. And to get the money back i woudl have to send it back unopened. I will never do business with them again. Anyone knwo where i can get a flywheel puller. Maybe a VIP woudl have it. Any ideas woudl be appreciated Quote

SDD Posted February 9, 2004 Report Posted February 9, 2004 I guess it sucks to be you guys since you live out of state. Number one you can't have anything shipped second day air on a weekend. GBF I was there in the parts department when you talked to someone on the phone about your order. He told you that they couldn't get it shipped out until monday... yeah something happened between then and the day that it shipped (who knows what). If you want to talk to anyone about this email [email protected] he is the owner of Alba and he'll probably make it up to you if you don't go off and give him a chance. If you really still want a flywheel puller I'll pick one up in person from there and send it to you if you want to send me a check/money order. I'll over night it if you want to pay for it. I don't care what shop it is... if you want something by a certain date your best off going to a shop in person and paying for it on the spot. GBF who was it that helped you? Quote
