2004LEBanshee Posted February 4, 2004 Report Posted February 4, 2004 About what would my max RPM be? Quote
2004LEBanshee Posted February 4, 2004 Report Posted February 4, 2004 So with a 15 front sproket my top speed is 72 and with the stock 14 it is only 67 mph? I thought stock they were a little higher than that. Like 72 for stock. Am I wrong? Quote
sredish Posted February 4, 2004 Report Posted February 4, 2004 dont know if it was benbb or somebody else who posted it but there was a chart where you enter your sprockets and gear ratios to find out your speed at a certain rev range? just want to figure out my rpm through traps at strip. if you know where i can find it pls let me know thanks I've got the Excel sheet where you enter the rear tire size, front sprocket, rear sprocket, and it will spit out the gear ratio, speeds at each rpm in each gear, from 1k to 11k rpms. If you know your redline you'll know exactly what ratio you need to get what you want. Very cool, and I play with it all the time. I can email it to anyone that wants it. Just let me know. Quote

Aussie Quad Racer Posted February 5, 2004 Report Posted February 5, 2004 hey sneeky, on that cd i gave you there should be a spreadsheet for gear ratios. It is alot better as it gives you speeds in all gears and for every 1000rpm in one simple chart Quote
