rebelbanshee2 Posted January 29, 2004 Author Report Posted January 29, 2004 It would be a little hard to rip around the driveway when I have his shift star!!!! It's on it's way. I'll pm ya the tracking ## there are many other missing parts that would make it hard for me to rip down my driveway...which reminds me. I was looking at my case and one of those little metal sleave things is missing that goes around the inside studs. Do I need a new one of these or is it not neccesary Quote
boonman Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 It is necessary. It locates your cylinder onto the case. You need one of these. 99510-12016-00 PIN,DOWEL $2.01 From your local stealership. If what you are talking about is the sleeve that goes around the cylinder stud and slips into the top half of the case and the cylinder drops down on top of it... Quote
rebelbanshee2 Posted January 29, 2004 Author Report Posted January 29, 2004 yeah thats it. if i have the other three does it matter? I HATE buying small expensive parts from the stealership Quote
BansheeBrian Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 I'll be waiting for that ride report in 3 months. Quote

boonman Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 yeah thats it. if i have the other three does it matter? YES!!!! It does matter. It lines the cylinder up, and keeps everything straight. Go get one. Please don't put that thing together without it... Quote

Cotton eyed Joe Posted January 31, 2004 Report Posted January 31, 2004 RebelBanshee2, Ive got a sassy little +4 long rod crank that needs a good home, should I send Santa by the house again?...Jim Jim, just send it to me. I'll give it a GREAT home. Always locked in a secure warm garage in the winter. Washed after every ride. Never held WFO for extended periods of time, or unloaded. I promise I'll take great care of it. Thanks. Quote
PassionRE Posted January 31, 2004 Report Posted January 31, 2004 Cotton eyed Joe, are you sure your game? This little tot is just a bossy little sort that needs flogged quite frequently and has a nasty temper that becomes quite addictive to be around..Jim Quote
Cotton eyed Joe Posted January 31, 2004 Report Posted January 31, 2004 If things start taking off like I hope they do, I'll have to adopt one of those. Quote
