I plan on gettin' ac pro peg nerfs and trashin' these so I figured Why not. Wish I had a pic before, they were scratched up and beginning to rust. Simply sand, clean (deglosser) and paint with 'Hammerite' hammered metal finish. I think it's ok for the time being.

Absolutely no offense intended, but they look like the stock paint to me, however new condition.

dnhyoung, you wont regret having the powdercoated. i had mine done about 5 months ago and they are holding up great. they get all kinds of abuse and have just a few small scratches on them. well worth the money.

NIGHTY: I wouldn't recommend it on your pipes, check into some high heat paints.

 

Dnhyoung: really nice job, If I did that I'd def. keep 'em on.

Hey man, I didn't mean that I thought you were lying, I just meant that paint looks a lot like the stock piant, the hammered finish is pretty cool.

:D No feelings were ever hurt here, I was just bored and felt like doing something silly w/ my camera. :D
