Hello,

I have installed a new front/rear sprocket with a new chain, and my question is how much should I tighten the chain? Is it bad to have it too tight? It's currently not that loose or too tight so I think I'm good but I was just wondering.

Thanks

you want to leave a little slack cuz when your rear shock compresses your chain thghtens if its a new chain put the adjusters in all the way befor you cut it so you can tighten it as it streches

take a tie down from your axle to grab bar and compress your shock, then get 5/8's of slack in your chain..you cant go wrong
