andrewrj
Hello everyone, I have another problem again. Last week the Banshee would not start. I tried many times but could not get it to run. This weekend i finally checked for spark and found I had none. I bought new plugs and checked again and still had none. So I decided to unplug the TORS box and then I found that I again had spark. But now I still cant get it started. I really never messed with anything, and i did cut any wires, just unplugged the TORS box. I don't know if it is really flooded bad or what. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
andrewrj
Just an update, I just went outside to look at the banshee and I left the fuel cock on. Just from sitting overnite, there is a huge puddle of fuel underneath and it looks like it came out of the carb drain tubes.

andrewrj
OK, here is another update. I left the fuel cock off, choke open, and i held the throttle wide open to try to empty the carbs and it fired up. I let off the throttle, it stayed wide open, then died. Now it wont start again. Checkmate
ALSO, WHERE DID YOU UNPLUG THE TORS? THERE IS A BLACK BOX UNDER THE LEFT PIPE TOO (BESIDES THE CARB PLUGS)
andrewrj
I unplugged that little black box on the left side, that is the only thing I unplugged.
Banchetta
Pull the air cleaner out and look inside the carbs. One of your slides must be stuck open.....
boonman
SOunds as though you may have an air leak. Or, the crankcase filled up with fuel. Or, the pilots are clogged. I suggest puling the carbs to clean them out. Either way, the float valve(s) are not doing their job. They are not stopping the flow of fuel into the float bowl. SO, something must be done. Start there.
andrewrj
You are all awsome! I pulled the air cleaner off today and the right slide was stuck wide open. I figured that is why the throttle override wasnt giving spark either. But anyway, I pulled the carb apart, fixed the slide and plugged TORS back in and I finally got it started again. I would like to thank everyone for the help, THANKS
