try backing the idle knobs on your tors all the way out and resinking the carbs by turning them back in to set the idle..........and clean your air cleaner.....you can get a vacum built up if its trying to breath and cant

Wheeleymaster99: Open up the throttle cover cap, see the red/black button that the throttle hits when you let off? Take a knife and cut it off so the throttle doesn't hit it when you let off. Or you can take all that shit off by disconnecting it, but this way is easier. Hope this cures the problem.

Part of tors. Throttle over ride system......Might as well disconnect the rest also. Little black box above the left exhaust..disconnect the plug...parking brake switch on the left handle bar, follow the wire towards the gas tank to a plug, disconnect it....wires for carb tops, disconnect at the plug, but not necessary....If the jetting was fine for 2 months then it should be fine.....If disconnecting the tors doesn't solve it, then pull the carbs off, separate the bowls, and clean them w/ compressed air....
