rebelbanshee2 Posted January 6, 2004 Report Posted January 6, 2004 when my engine and tranny finaly make it out of ziploc bags and boxes and runs its going to be a 12 port 4mm LR stroker. Im wonder what gearing will suit this enine for the woods. on my ported 350 i had a 15t front and stock 41 rear w/ 20in tires and it work perfect. will i need to gear even taller for the stroker so it wont rev out too fast? or is the classic 15t still good? thanks! H300F Posted January 6, 2004 Report Posted January 6, 2004 I am running 15 41. It works but I think a higher gearing would be better. I am going see if i can get a 38 or 39 rear. Now i can start from a stop in 3rd rev and pop the clutch and spin all the way through it. Quote
