Has anyone ever seen this before and why?

Racing on a hill and the bikes spark plug popped out thought too lean let’s fatten it up, fattened it up went on another pass and the bike woke up a bit but as it going up it went dead on that same cylinder the spark plugged popped out on. When we got home we took it apart and the domes o-ring seat the had failed 180 degrees. There was no detonation or sign of heat. My builder says sometimes things just fail but man it’s been eating me alive.

What is bore x stroke? What CC dome? What is the squish? Banshee or blaster style piston? What plugs and fuel? Any timing?
 

You’re saying there’s no deto, but the dome and plug clearly disagree.
