Banshee headlights only work in between off and lo

Hi guys, I have been plagued with trying to find out why my headlights only work when it is in halfway between off and LO on my killsswitch/light selector. I have tried a new killswitch, and two different style of LED headlights with oem connectors and both have performed the same. Everything is rated wattage wise for what OEM wants. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Put a meter on plug, do you still have og lights? Did it work before?

Led' are hit & miss running them on ac. & are polarity sensitive

Tried og lights with new bulbs and same thing happened unfortunately
