SEND HELP!!! Tuning a stock Banshee and a Mod one.

I have 2 banshees that both need to be tuned.
 

The first is basically a stock OEM bike with 28 mm Keihin PWKs, FMF Fatty gold series exhaust, no air box, no port job, I’m in south Florida with about 13’ of elevation,… Right now I have 120 Main and 48 pilots installed but not sure if they’re even close to right. Also can someone give more insight on what temperature I should jet to and how I might accomplish that? If you can’t tell by now, I’m a bit of a newbie with this stuff so any help would be appreciated. 

The 2nd bike has a 4 mil crank, TOOMEY T5 exhaust, heads ported out to 66 mm’s, 38 mm Keihin PWKs carbs, no airbox, V-Force 4 Reads, 8” k & n air filters, pro design cool head w/ 16cc domes, oversized aluminum radiator, a dual petcock, advanced timing plate, and is also located in south Florida with 13’ of elevation. AGAIN any suggestions or information will be helpful as I’m just entering this world and looking to acquire as much knowledge as possible.
