ScreaminShee01 Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 this happened to me... what happened is my piston skirt broke off and fel down jammed my crank and derbis felldown under my crank in the case.... not pretty but eay fix.. just rip the motor open split the cases and clean clean clean.... thats what i had to do maybe you have a different problem... pull your pistons and see if thats what happened Quote
Dextreme Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 If you are saying your kickstarter won't swing out, remove it, take it apart and clean out the rust, dirt and crud. Relube with silicone lube or graphite lube and reassemble. Quote
