Tm chain slider issues

Getting my fireball swingarm installed, bought a new tm design chain slider kit. The axle slider keeps popping off the swingarm and getting pushed into the frame when i tighten it down.. you guys run into this?

You need to grind a bit off the inside of the slider to fit the arm better.

The two tabs that clamp over the swing arm?

pictures arent the greatest but looks like there are tabs to fit the rectangular OEM swinger. Would need to grind those down or get the other design slider.

I used the other design slider from upp, modquad makes it also.
