Big block twister cylinder leaking

I have a banshee with a 10mil twister. The problem I am having is water leaking from the spacer between the head and cylinder. I was wanting to know if the spacer is held onto the cylinder with the sleeves? Would I have to get the sleeves removed to repair this leak? I removed the head / domes and the spacer doesn't move, is leaking between the cylinder and spacer. Also where can I find the o-rings for the head. Any info is greatly appreciated.
