Need wiring help

Ok so I have a 99 banshee and the the headlight don’t work and the plugs are missing in the wiring harness it’s has a key delete and my question is their is three black wires does one go to the frame as a ground and the other two go to the headlights

Might be tors

where do they come from.

do they have a white stripe?

Supply should come from V. Reg. , dimmer sw. do you still have that?

The tors is gone and I didn’t look to where they go and they all are solid black and I’m new to banshees so

Don't remember if the years change the colors , but blue comes off your regulator and goes to your dimmer switch ( After switching to yellow when it ties into the yellow from your Stator, light windings)  and comes out yellow and green to your lights.

Ground comes from black stator, light side, also.

Just order a new harness with the plugs you want from south texas banshee.
