01 banshee stock toomey t5 jetting

Good morning guys , I just bought a banshee and it was running awesome I just wanted to replace the intake boots bc they had some minor cracking in them and did not want them to eventually suck air and blow my motor so all I did was replace the intake boots and gaskets boot them back on and now it will not run and when it does it’s flooding out and sounds like it’s only running on 1 cylinder ... I took bottom bowl of carb off cleaned and inspected floats sprayed out the main jet and still will not run right . The tors is still attached to carbs . Let me know your thoughts bc I am stumped and frustrated as to what’s going on thanks

Rubber choke tube in between the carbs properly?
