392cc bolt on kit

Is there anything special I have to do to put 392 athena cylinders on my bottom end I got a stock stroke hot rod crank in the bottom end

Don't get Athena cylinders. Driveline are better http://www.drivelineperformance.com
You will have to call them or email them to order the cylinders.

Another option is to send your stock cylinders to Redline Racing to be ported. Stock ported are producing same or better than the Athena's these days.

But to answer your question, 392 kits typically are meant for stock cranks, so just bolt it on and check squish.

I have aftermarket crank it’s just oem stroke

Yeah, by oem I meant stock stroke 110mm rod.

Oh ok so what kind of crank would I need and I heard if you get anything bigger than a 392 kit you got to bore the bottom end is that true

Your crank is fine
