BansheeKid13 Posted December 13, 2003 Report Posted December 13, 2003 guys i just recently bought my 2001 shee...it has white brothers boost bottle...pro circuit pipes and silencers and a uni filter...i wanna re-do the whole bike...what are your suggestions for more of a low end bike, i really want to be fast of the line but with some top end as well....suggestions from pipes to silencers...engine mods, filters...jets...anything...complete re-build!!!!...thanks Quote

H300F Posted December 13, 2003 Report Posted December 13, 2003 one of my setups before my crank blew was, paul turner mids, 19cc domes, dyna ign on lowend curve, delta vforce 2 reeds, open airbox with k&n. this setup ran awesome and had really good low through top. i loved it till the crank went. i replaced the crank with a stroker and got porting. the crank added some good torque, and the porting made it rip mid through top. i now love this setup and dont see it getting any better,,, maybe after i add my carbs (30pwks) it will though. H300F Posted December 13, 2003 Report Posted December 13, 2003 i traded my t5s for the mids, so they cost me 250. vforces were i think 175. i bought a used coolhead with 4 domes for 100 off a friend, and traded the 4 domes for 2 new 19s. dyna prg. ign. was i think 225. k&n is around 30 or 40. i just bought the carbs off of ebay, user bansheeman95, for 208. depends if you can find used shit or not. new pipes are i think 500 or so, vforces somewhere around 175 200?, coolhead is i think 250 or 300, dyna around 200 to 300, kn 30 to 40. so thats around 1250. if you dont want to spend much, i would do the paul turner mids and head and you will get good lowend out of that.
