jabon Posted June 2, 2019 Report Posted June 2, 2019 (edited) 465 wampus serval, did a compression test today, one side at 125ish, other side at 100ish, time for a rebuild I would take it ? What should the compression be for this build ? Over 150 i assume, I'm new to the 2 stroke game. I got it for hillclimbing, its loosing power on the easiest hills, it should be eating them. Keno Posted June 4, 2019 Report Posted June 4, 2019 Cylinders should be within a few psi of each other. 100 is low. Psi depends on domes, elevation and what porting has been done. I would assume you should be at least 140-150 if set up for pump gas. Probably time for new pistons. Take the top end off and see what condition everything is in. Quote
