boonman Posted December 8, 2003 Report Posted December 8, 2003 The current cure is to get aftermarket carbs. Something in the stockers causes them to stick. In the winter, it can be a problem. Mine would freeeze up if I got an excessive amount of snow packed in and around them... Quote

banshee tuner Posted December 9, 2003 Report Posted December 9, 2003 SOMETIMES IF THE CARBS ARE COLD THE SLIDES WILL STICK IN THE CARBS. YOU CAN TAP ON THE CARBS WITH A SCREWDRIVER AND IT WORKS SOMETIMES.A CHEAP THING IS TO BUY A CABLE LUBER AND USE SOME WD-40 AND THAT MIGHT ALSO HELP. Quote
