Long Rod crank

Hi guys

 

So my current setup is a long rod crank and 795 Pistons,

Since the 795 only go up to 2mm oversize I'm just curious how one would overcome the long rod +5mm over 66mm bore ?

 

Or is 66mm the max bore on Std barrels , and anything higher specially designed barrels ?

Blaster piston 

Thanks but blaster Piston does not have offset wrist pin for +5mm rod ?

Or are the jugs designed to accommodate the Long rod ?
