Where do I buy my shocks from?

I'm looking at buying a set of elka stage threes.

From what I've read it takes a while to dial them in. Where or who can I by them from, that'll set them up based on weight, riding style, and geometry. I search this and could find anything, if there is a thread on it I apologize.

I have been reading on here that Ella's are good once you revolve them. Something about them putting in generic valves? I'd rather not spend a thousand bucks on a set of shocks and have to immediately send them In to be revalved
