install brakelight on a 2001 banshee

Regulators are required with the dc conversion? I threw mine away

It would be replaced by a Regulator/Rectifier, like the universal Trail Tech

yea i got one of those,i bought the new style brakelight. i ran the power wire from the yellow wire coming from the stator and ran it to the brake swithch and then to the yellow wire on the new style brake light but still didnt work.
