Once a guy learns his balance point and throttle control, you can go a long ways.

Agreed.

That is one of my goals this year ^

I'll try to make a YT account this weekend and post up a link. It's all on a go pro 5 Black so it's a crystal clear.

My old Ds 650 was the easiest thing I've been able to ride out. So fucking heavy it took a whole gear wound out to lift it....then she just floated through the other 4 gears.

Also the biggest piece of shit at anything else! Banshee just has abrupt power harder to balance up initially.

Back when I was a wheelie boy we used to go by exits on the parkway. I did close to 3 miles a few times then it gets boring. This was on a 4mill stock cylinder with my wheelie port job ,+4 timing, mull engineering pump gas head. Fmf fatties , stock carbs, rear brakes controlled off handle bars. I ran the idle higher than most and the clutch cable a Lil more slack than most to make slow wheelies a lot easier. Slow wheelies require a good feel for the clutch and the ability to operate it with one finger in unison with the rear brake

Slow wheelies took a bit of practice, but I raised the idle a lil and mastered the clutch, I also modified the lever so I could one finger it

The idea of clutch lever is good, cuz the finger can get tired in a good time of practice
