i have try everything that i know of when i accelerate slowly with steady throttle right jug just stop firing, it happen at about 25% throttle and stays unless i yank the throtle then it fire back up ,if i just gun it all the time it wont happen, what i tried i switch spark plug cable , clean and switch read valve, and i am running a trinity stage 4 pwk 38 airstriker  single carb, what could be causing this ????

...also first check your pilot jet if is clean..

Try to raise up the needle 1 klik and test again..

what would raising the needle would affect ?

its weird because engine starts good runs good tons of power but going slowly on throttle turns off progressivly the right jug

If you have low temperature right now you have more oxygen, so the ratio fluel to air is different... try this and tell me..

Have check also your pilot jet? You said your problem is on 25% of your throttle.. check for dirt and if you don't have to go bigger rise your needle as I told you, check and tell me..

Air leak, water leak, low compression...all could cause that on one side. Since it's a single carb, the jetting is not causing this to happen only on one side.

Yeah bro.. but he said the bike start good and have tons of power..his problem is at 25% of the position of his throttle..

Only on one side!! Something is up if the same jetting won't work on both cylinders.

Yeah right but you must consider that on a banshee piston movement we don't have the same time ignition coz the pistons don't have the same movement (up and down together) so in this case depends which cylinder stay out of fuel first.. and on this case at 25% of the position of the throttle..

The only way the carb is remotely involved in this issue is if the jetting is borderline way lean or rich and the fuel requirement of one side is way different than the other...not impossible in a solid (good compression, no air leak or water leak) engine...but unlikely.

I am curious and waiting for jimmy2450 to tell as..I hope we help him..

I will try the needle this afternoon i live in quebec canada bought the shee a month ago it was maybee -5 and now we are at -15 average i had a banshee 10 years ago with less mod i am not new to this world and i have a good mechanical back ground this problem is weird oh and i noticed that the jug have been ported when i reoved the intake yesterday

Just a few water droplets are enough. Not saying that is the issue, but look at the plugs after you run it at the point when one side cuts out. Any droplet on the plug is bad. (Gas won't form droplets) Also check out pick up coil gap. One nub could be further away and not telling it to fire before TDC on that side. Also can swap plug wires left to right if you're haven't already tried that.
