  1. I have a spare cdi that came with the shee ill try that! And ill give a good inspection on the stator and flywheel
  2. Leak down test was 100% good i did swap reeds and clean them there is not much electric on a shee i dont see anything that could cause this. Could a shitty porting job fucks the air fuel mix at a certain regime ?
  3. Installed 2 new spark plug they are gapped the same reeds are tight i heaven did swapped them compression his equal on each side pipes are clean and clear.
  4. Did the leak down test today the engine hold up 7 psi for 7 minute and havent lost anything in that given time. Took rad cap off no air bubble coming out of there. Really start believing its a carburator issue. Went for a little ride as long as i stay below 25% throttle or a snap the throttle i got all the power and it just run like a banshee should run. But if i go mid throttle in 3-4-5 or 6 gear the right cylinder will turn off slowly then turn back on by giving more throttle input
  5. Waiting on parts to do a leak down test!!!
  6. No need to do this i swapped spark cable and problem still on right cylinder
  7. V force 4 they are in great condition i did swapped them from one cylinder to the other problem stayed on right
  8. I switch the plug cable and problem was still on same cylinder
  9. just tried a 200 main jet banshee pulls better still shut down right jug but at slightly higher rpm did a 10 min ride left plug was wet and black right plug was a light brown and wet! so my game plan is im building a leak down tester,i ordered a cool head o ring kit im going to change all the head o ring, and i will buy some yamabond and coat every gasket in the intake and then ill try some more jetting, i really got a feeling that at some rpm range the right cylinder his pumping some air ! but at full throttle they both scream fine

Did a full inspection when i bought it compression was and still his around 148 psi im presently building a leak down tester i took the bike all apart got the frame powder coated checked and fix the wiring harness everything his in perfect condition motor runs good exept when you when you hold throttle steady at 50%right jug shuts down
  11. Bought this shee from a kid a month ago he did put a lot of bling bling on it but i dont thing he knew what he was doing!
  12. The pilot jet inside his still the one that comes with the carb its a 58
  13. Went to the store end i got 190 and a 200 but didnt have any pilot jet in hand. His it still worth it to try swapping the main by itself or should i wait for some pilot jets
  14. Yeah after reading some tread i saw most set un were like main 190 and pilot 42
  15. Keihin pwk 38 mm no clue about the style of porting that have been done just know by looking that its been done. Needle pretty sure that its the factory one
  16. engine set up his cool head with 20cc dome T6 pipe,cylinder are ported, carburator is set up this way main 215,pilot 58 , needle clip in slut 4 after reeding here and there i feel that im way too rich in fuel bottom end his sluggish then it kicks in like motherfuck and if i keep a steady throttle or dona very slow acceleration right jug just chuts down. Temperature is -10 elevation 500 feet from sea level
  17. just looked up biggest size jet for pwk 38 is 230
  18. little update carburator is not an airstriker its a standar pwk 38mm didnt know the difference so i went online end look up how to now !

  20. 260 seems quite a big bump from 215 , i dont wheel feel this his a carb issue because when i give quick throttle shots it dosent shuts of only when i slowly increase throttle.
  21. needle clip is bottom most.im going to put it back to where it was main jet is 215 and pilot is 58. and i read that its normal that banshee radiator sits at 3/4 full so no point of keeping filling up the rad!!! and i did switched the spark plug cable and it didnt do any difference so i thing im at the point i should built a leak down tester
