ESC907 Posted September 10, 2016 Report Posted September 10, 2016 So, I'm hauling ass down a trail, and suddenly lose my top end power. But my low end power goes stupid high! Get home, notice a hole in the side of one of my Toomey silencers... Could those happen to be related? Could a small one-inch long gash about halfway down a silencer really change the machine's dynamics so much? If so, that sounds crazy to me. Should I also replace the silencers? Or would a patch work fine? Thanks to all who seriously answer my topic! Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk Quote
dailydrifter Posted September 11, 2016 Report Posted September 11, 2016 A hole in the silencer would not dramatically change the power output. If your broke or cheap than a patch works. Quote
RIPPIN' IT UP Posted September 12, 2016 Report Posted September 12, 2016 Power would only be affected if the silencer was blocked up. Could be the reason for the said hole. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk Quote
