Little Noise

I bought a used crank, there is minor noise in the main bearing, but it spins freely without play. is this Ok to run? its on the stator side

grinding noise? as long as it spins freely I say its ok. All bearings make noise when they are dry

you cannot check out a 2nd hand crank properly without taking the outer webs off so you can inspect the pin the big end runs on. A noisy bearing means its sure to fail.
