Banshee acting an ass

My banshee wont start until you pull it And even then it starts easily , after that it will start first kick all day long what the hell?

Choke works bowls good now I got a question tho, when I got it out the shop I noticed the kick start stroke was shorter could that be effecting it on cold start up?? But crazy shiit is once u start it once she is 100 the rest of the way all day. Not to sure about my elevation

Seen similar situations with a funky choke plunger once. Explain shorter kick start stroke.

Like a full kick dosent seem to be spinning the crank a full 360 in turn having to stomp it harder I guess I'm saying it doesn't start from the top when kicking

Choke plunger... The dude ran a bunch of lines on my carbs that I didn't have before could that be the problem he said it was a choke line or something
