TM design works case saver rubbing chain?

Anyone else that is running a 15t and a TM design works case saver notice chain rub?  Im sure its not a big deal as this will wear in but I was a bit suprised by this.  I was wondering if it had to do that I was running a 520MX chain (maybe a tad bigger then standard 520)

I had the same problem. I just ran that bitch and it self clearanced    16 tooth would need some work.

I use a porting tool to clearance , I've never ran one

Which one, this one? I'd say a days worth of riding will wear down any excessive poly urethane.. Or be proactive like Sleeper said and just grind a little away and be done!

I used an air dremel style grinder with barrel cutter and clearanced mine to accept up to a 16t
