banshee wont start after rebuild

I recently rebuilt my bosses shee motor after he ran it on straight gas and blew a piston to hell! New head, cylinders, pistons, rods, stator, coil pack, and plugs. It is not getting a spark at all. Can somebody please help me figure this out im getting extremely irritated.

Sounds like someone is getting FIRED! What've you done to know its not getting spark?

and some new stators have been known to have the wires switched in the plug from where they should be.

Lol nah ive saved him to much money so far. Pulled plugs and tried to kick it over, also checked the boots with a volt meter. Im getting power out of the stator, just not to the coil pack. All wires are in tact.

Do you know where I can get a wiring diagram to double check the wires coming from the stator?

Just make sure they match color for color on the harness.

Is your red/black wire at the key switch grounded?

Im not sure, ill have to look. It was running fine until he seized the motor.it always started perfect. I left all wiring alone until I replaced the stator, thats why im getting irritated.

What brand of stator?

Put the old one back on.

The old one has a gouge in a coil from someone at work dropping something on it while I was waiting on parts!! Thats the reason I had to order a new one. Are they junk?

They don't have a good rep around here, but they are cheap.

If it ran before and now don't, I'd look there first. (and that's with any electrical component from anywhere for anything, not OEM)

But especially Banshee stuff
