Ultimateduner Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 Back when the banshee was first made they had the J-arms, then they later changed them to A-arms. Are A-arms better? Or did they just change them because they are cheaper? Quote
wheeleymaster99 Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 i dont really know but i would think a-arms are stronger then j-arms so i'ed think thats why they changed them Quote
Screamin_Banshee Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 Thats the main reason behind the switch...A-arms are stronger. If I remember correct the J-arms were known to bend/warp, one more than the other...but I cant remember. Alot of drag racers that are restricted to stock chassis' preffer the J-arm bikes since they are lighter. Quote
Ultimateduner Posted December 7, 2003 Author Report Posted December 7, 2003 So in your opinion which arms are better? Quote
frocashmoney24 Posted December 7, 2003 Report Posted December 7, 2003 i just went from a j to a arm conversion, i like the aarms because i know there stronger, and you can get them in extended sizes Quote
