No scoring on the trenches. Good stuff.

 

Take the trans out and inspect the shift forks and the gears as well.

 

FYI, don't pry apart it apart with that screwdriver either, use a rubber mallet instead

I thought you guys had the metric system up there?

That must be an American made screwdriver?

When he's machinering stuff he actually uses the imperial system. Weird eh? I thought we were alone in that stuff.

I used that screw driver for criclip ;-)

 

The case came apart just by pulling on the top half.

 

The gears are looking good, forks too, im happy.

 

The only thing i didnt like that munch is my crank... I think the bearings have some play....

 

I put a new 4mill crank anyway.

 

Yes i will do some mods on the tranny. Pancake bearings, shift star etc....

 

 

Finaly, like Bennett said, we are working 90% of the time in imperial units. Probably 'cause of you Muricans!
