Your issue is in the carbs. You can pull the motor but it will not solve your problems.

i have even taken the brass picse out that the needle goes threw are the holes in them are clean

Did you put the brass washers back under/over the main jets?

id the crank is out of sync it will cause a miss also have you ever seen one do that??

If a crank gets out of phase it's gonna tear some stuff up. Maybe someone else could chime in on that one.

still have not figured this out

Is your crank trued and welded? Also do you still have the switch on the clutch lever if so disconnect it. I had a bike that was doing the same thing and it was the switch on the clutch lever
