ray408
Trying to help my cousin figure out his issue with his shee. When running it dumps fuel through crossover tube like on full choke. Replaced choke no change. Will not rev just boggs, and smoking bad out of both pipes with oil left in pipes? Mods Light port work T6 pipes +4 timing Stock carbs 300 main stock pilot K&N filters Boisen reeds Sent from my SM-N920T using Tapatalk
ray408
We cleaned carbs a few times and adjusted floats just keeps dumping fuel Sent from my SM-N920T using Tapatalk

trickedcarbine
Dumping fuel through the cross over? What are you referring to as the Crossover? What oil, and what mix? What plugs? What are they gapped at? (Pics?) Checked out pick up gap?
ray408
Crossover tube between carbs. Caster 927 40-1. Ngk br8es as they come. And starts first kick just boggs spitting oil out of both pipes Sent from my SM-N920T using Tapatalk
trickedcarbine
You're overthinking the fuel flowing through the crossover. Fine tune the jetting a bit. There should be a fatter pilot. Needle middle clip. Little less main. If you get to 280 and it's not cleaned up, I'd start investigating the spark situation.

You could also very well have set your floats to the correct level but have worn out float needles. This will cause your jetting to be rich almost regardless of what jets your running. ray408
If it were the float needles would that cause it to come out of the overflow and dump on the ground or load up cylinders?
