bronco91shee Posted December 1, 2003 Report Posted December 1, 2003 I went ridin to day, and my kickstarter fell off again. Normally it falls off the spline, i fixed it. This time the part that it swings on is where it seperated. Any ideas on how to fix this one, im goin ridin in 2 weeks again, and need it fixed. Thanks. Peace out. Quote

99Red_Roostr Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 After loosing mine & son loosing his, and spending good$ on a new one I now = have a bungee as a teather (if it falls off you don't loose it!). And by setting it 1 tooth tighter on the splines it sit tight against the clutch case ( I put some rubber bumpers on it so it's not metal to metal) - it does not rattle at ALL. cost nothing & is very easy. 99red_roost Quote
