Andreb84 Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Ok last thing on the list...i have a 421 but since im trail riding i really wanna stay on pump gas..whats the smallest i can go and safley stay on the pump Quote
Andreb84 Posted November 12, 2015 Author Report Posted November 12, 2015 I had 22cc domes on it before and i ran it on pump...that had the compression somewhere in the 140s...trying to get a little more compression without having to pay 10$ a gallon for gas Quote
Andreb84 Posted November 12, 2015 Author Report Posted November 12, 2015 Think i might be able to get away with going to 20cc Quote
Andreb84 Posted November 12, 2015 Author Report Posted November 12, 2015 Not sure if i can get away with it i dont know much about domes and how much a small drop will effect compression Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Bennett131 Posted November 12, 2015 Report Posted November 12, 2015 Well then listen to what people tell you. Quote

Just because you get a static kicking compression of 140, doesn't mean it's really that safe. With Cub Cylinders they have a larger exhaust area and it allows some AFM to escape before the piston totally compresses the mixture and is fired. That translates to what "appears" to be a lower compression ratio. Quote
Andreb84 Posted November 12, 2015 Author Report Posted November 12, 2015 Thank you lol thats the explanation i was looking for i"ll stay with the 22cc Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
